An opportunity has become available for a Receptionist to join our growing team.

The position will be supporting a team of solicitors and legal administrative staff, including Director/s and we are seeking a bright, reliable and professional person with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to manage our front desk.

- Computer office skills including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills and strong attention to detail

- Ability to receive instruction and work as a self-starter
- Previous legal office experience preferred but not essential
Core Duties:
- Answering and managing calls, redirecting enquiries and scheduling appointments
- Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring the office facilities are kept to a high service level
- Organising couriers and handling deliveries and all mail related duties
- Opening matters together with generating retainers and closing matters including archiving
- Various accounts tasks as required
- Various administration tasks as required to support other team members including copying briefs, scanning, printing / collating documents
This is a full-time position and the remuneration package will be negotiated to reflect experience and qualifications.
