An opportunity has become available for a Receptionist to join our growing team.

We are looking for a team member who is proactive, forward-thinking, and committed to making a real impact — for our clients, our community, and the future of the firm.

The position will be supporting a team of solicitors and legal administrative staff, including Director/s and we are seeking a bright, reliable and professional person with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to manage our front desk.

  • Previous legal office experience preferred but not essential

 

Core Duties:

  • Answering and managing calls, redirecting enquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensuring the office facilities are kept to a high service level
  • Organising couriers and handling deliveries and all mail related duties
  • Opening matters together with generating retainers and closing matters including archiving
  • Various accounts tasks as required
  • Various administration tasks as required to support other team members including copying briefs, scanning, printing / collating documents

 

This is a full-time position and the remuneration package will be negotiated to reflect experience and qualifications.
